Is it that good to wait for 8 hours?

It is not worth that sort of wait, but it is worth a wait.
I think they all just love the idea of it and want to claim to be an early customer.

In California, folks regularly camp out in front of fast food restaurants.

They make a good burger, not worth that kind of wait. In-N- Out hire very nice, courteous workers. As a family we love the atmosphere.

They’re great burgers but not worth an hour wait, let alone eight.
Word of advice also: never eat at a new restaurant during that first 30 day period. Let them learn on someone else.

People here waited that long when the first Krispy Kreme Donut shop opened in the area
Had to be 20 years ago
They all disappeared a couple years ago.

Same happened when the first In-N-Out came to the DFW area.

Nope. Decent food, but not worth any long wait.

“So overrated.”
No other has such clean-cut, dedicated, hard-working employees. Worth the visit just to watch them slice the potatoes.

When’s lunch being served? I’ll bring chips.

"So overrated." You're both in Oklahoma, where they don't have In n Out. Have you actually ever eaten there?

I like certain restaurants’ burgers, but under regular life conditions, none of them would make me wait 8 hours for one.

I’ve never understood that kind of thing. We had that here when the first In and Out showed up. And the first Chickfila. Drive thru stacked up for at least an hour for months. Like dudes, once you spend an hour in line it ain’t fastfood anymore. And I’m not spending an hour waiting for food anywhere that doesn’t make good martinis.

In-N-Out and Culver’s are 2 very good fast food burgers. I very rarely eat any fast food.
