Write-in candidates are permitted in both the primary and general elections. A write-in candidate must file an affidavit of intent with the Colorado Secretary of State no later than the close of business on the 67th day before a primary election and the 110th day before a general election. No write-in vote will be counted unless the candidate filed an affidavit of intent.

We have well learned from practices of the Bitem Admin that the law and Constitution offers little to no impediment to Demo'Rat regimes to accomplish their corrupt ends. For example, the SCOTUS ruled that the administration could not unilaterally forgive student loans; they are forgiving them anyway.
Every week I read or hear about huge spending projects the admin is undertaking -- but never from what Congressional budget that money is coming from. The reason, of course, is to hide this major source of increasing inflation - while the govt claims that inflation is decreasing. This admin is creating huge sums of money right out of thin air!
I warned of all this when the Jussie Smollett case arose: prosecution followed the practice of autocratic governments by claiming that 'they' could identify when a law was violated without all the dreary time spent on investigations and legal practices; Smollett is still screaming 'innocent'! This admin is showing no worries about continuing in power ad nauseum - far into the foreseeable future.
The American people are going to have to defy the media, the law enforcement threats, the partisan arrests and unethical 'lawfare', the election officials lies and deceits, whatever, if they wish to restore their Constitutional Republic with its inherent freedoms. 👌🙏😥
