My take on what the Colo Court said was that there’s a time limit on when a challenge to their ruling can be made to the USSC, between now and Jan 4th.

Jan 4th is the deadline for who is going on the ballots I believe.

If SCOTUS accepts the appeal then "then the stay shall remain in place"
Which SCOTUS has already accepted and filed the appeal.

It's done. The court system has turned into a joke using it as a way to flip off Trump and us.
