Have Hunter or Joe Biden ever had their tax returns audited? Does anybody know if they have paid their "fair share" of STATE income taxes?
I've scured the internet and haven't found a single story or reference to and investigations or indictments regarding STATE income taxes in the states where Hunter Biden and FJB received money, that have state income tax. That would include at least DC, California Delaware (that we know of) and probably others. n most cases, you don't have to be a resident of a state to be liable to state income taxes, you only have to have made money via an address in that state. We don't have the information as yet regarding the locations of all the shell LLCs that the Bidens used for the movement of the funds, but the odds are that they are potentially in states with state income tax.
Given that we know, via the recent indictment and the charges therein, that the Bidens may have and probably did commit state felonies and misdemeaners as well as federal feloniess and misdemeaners.

Do you have active investigations of Hunter and/or Joe Biden, et al, of possible perjury, tax crimes, sex trafficing and other crimes committed in your juristiictions?

I don’t think he is at risk of prosecution in DC, CA or DE. Does he have any tax liability in a red state?
did hunter also order prostitutes and have them cross state borders to engage in illegeal actions ? and list them as deductions ?

Since Hunter failed to to file for three or four years, and filed fraudulently one year, I seriously doubt he ever bothered with state taxes.
