This is from the 1985 album by the German "Producer's Band" Propaganda; it is one of at least three singles (along with Duel and Dream within a Dream). Most FM radio airplay in North America was via college & university campus stations. Their work stayed in rotation in the nightclub scene well into the 1990s.
