Nothing says you can't send your kids to public school, and homeschool them as well. They only spend about 2 hours a day learning something in a public school. The rest of the time they are on a bus, waiting for a bus, between classes, at lunch, in study hall, or chasing tail or skirt depending on your current gender selections.

Thank goodness for the bureaucratic inefficiencies demanded by teachers.

Side note exemptions go to Mrs Hollingsworth, Arla Sandstrom, Ken Gross, Richard Bell, and Mr Maruchak. Out of the 74 teachers I had in public education, you guys were the absolute finest. That comes to 14.8%, which is about right.
