At Mt Desert Island, Maine, I waded offshore. I reached down and found 3 sea urchins. I cracked them open and ate them raw. I always regret not trying to find some more. I was afraid of stepping on one and getting stuck with their spines. I should have put on my sneakers and gone looking for more urchins.
