I wouldn’t argue with those number substantially, I would add though those numbers are based on verified information, and if a death cannot be substantiated as happening directly from the war, or has not been found then they are not counted. So I would say the numbers a very basic bottom line figure and the number is likely higher either way using those numbers Russia has lost at least 5 times the number killed in less than two years than soviets reported lost in Afghanistan in 10 years(if you believe those numbers which seems unlikely)
Russia is not the Soviet Union and certainly not the Soviet Union of WW2, and if loses are as low as you and others state, curious why they are on their third or fourth mobilization?
