i love Prosciutto as well (pro-zhoot). I have no use for Mortadella. Capicola is cood, but overrated.

Proscuitto...you pronounced it correctly. My Croation BIL introduced me to pro-zhoot and the italian type of salams.. along with nasty stinking cheeses, that go perfectly with the above meats, and some Red vino... I miss him a lot. Crazy, but boy was he fun.
