John Effin Kerry, who served in Vietnam by the way (thank you Rush) actually had his first marriage annulled, which legally means it never really happened. He did that to marry Heinz and great deal of money. Unfortunately, he had two children with his first wife. Since he went to all the effort to basically rewrite the history book and erase his first marriage, his children would be called, by some people, illegitimate. Another common term for illegitimate is b***tard. Since the children never asked for a father such as Kerry, I believe they should be spared any more shame and discomfort. The term b**stard should be reserved, now and for always, to refer to Effin Kerry himself.
One time, Rush explained that the Vietcong commies have a special room in the Hanoi National Museum dedicated to Effin Kerry. It celebrates all the ‘work’ Kerry did on behalf of the commies.
Our dad survived WWII, Korea and Vietnam as a pilot and on the ground. Thanks to God he survived all of it and returned to us. As children, my 6 brothers and sisters and I did not watch the nightly news when dad was in Vietnam. The news loved to show soldiers zipping up the body bags, and the last thing we wanted was to see dad that way. When dad was home after Vietnam, there were two people that would make him turn off the TV. Kerry and Jane Fonda. When Kerry, Fonda, and others would appear on the TV, dad used the perfect term: Commie Pinko.
I can't imagine what it must have been like for someone who served in Vietnam to see people like kerry and fonda openly supporting the enemy. Regardless of how one feels about the wisdom (or lack thereof) of the US being involved in Vietnam with the benefit of hindsight, there is no excuse whatsoever to openly support the vc when US soldiers were still in the battlefield.
To this day it amazes me that a Vietnam vet with great marksmanship skills and perhaps a terminal diagnosis hasn't "paid a long-distance visit" to people like jane fonda or john kerry with a little "gift" traveling at about 1200 fps. Tremendous restraint on the part of our veterans. God Bless them. They deserved much better from our nation and our government who sent them to the steamy jungles of Asia to be maimed and killed. It had to be hell on earth.
