Here's what my anonymous sources tell me what happpened: Shortly before his Zoom call to beg Chucky and Co. for more cash, the little klepto realized that one of his fellow kleptocrats had pranked him by swapping out his fake "camera ready" military garb with his world famous leather and high heels dancing outfit.
Figuring it was a bad look, except when prowling Folsom Street or similar environs, he panicked and cancelled the call. He really seems to have blown his chances by doing that.
