When Murder3 is overturned, that also overturns the Murder2 Unintentional conviction (shared elements).That leaves the Manslaughter2 conviction, for which Chauvin would serve 6 years and 121 days, max. That would leave about 5 years to serve ... and had Big Gorge served the entirety of his sentences, we wouldn't even be reading about this mishigas.

He may have been a POS cop, but you improve the quality of police by removing them from the job, not throwing them in jail to be murdered.
