I try to do 5-6 miles. I do a walk at lunch and then in the evening around 6-7 PM.
Ah, excellent! Do you take a flashlight with you for the 6-7 slot? Or is that mostly in the DST hours? Too dark here. We try to get one walk in every day. Two just doesn’t fit the schedule. Unless we changed it up and did first thing in the morning, and then a mid-afternoon one.
