Why not just lose weight the way Jake LaMotta's brother told him to lose weight in Raging Bull. "stop eating you fat @##$"

Ozempic is bringing my blood sugar down . But it is not without its troubles. It is really irresponsible of doctors to provide this for weight loss.

I take it to lower my A1C. Before I started on this drug I was pretty “regular” once a day in the morning. Now it’s all over the board - sometimes skipping days and sometimes several times a day, with occasional bouts of diarrhea to boot. But I’ve never had “impacted bowel” (which sounds like something Pete Buttplug experiences) from it.
