The club wouldn’t matter in most cases anyway as thieves in that world are often looking for specific models, so if it’s got a club type device but the right model, it’s probably a gonner.

Club type devices might deter kids or amateurs but not those in the biz. Btw, those battery powered portable angle cutters are used in all kinds of crimes, not just auto theft. Very fast, very efficient.

Agreed. But if you own your average car a little thing like deterring crimes of opportunity is certainly of some value. I have a 20-year-old Sonata which I’m assuming is not a highly sought after vehicle by thieves. On the other hand why not discourage those out committing crimes of opportunity. Actually I don’t have to use it because I live in a small town and my car’s garaged whenever it’s not being driven.

I worry mostly about my motorcycle. In Louisville my daughter was telling me of a neighbor who had theirs stolen out of their front yard in the daytime
