Isoquercetin is glycoside of Quercetin and is more bio-available.
Hesperidin works in the same way as Quercetin and HCQ it's found in citrus fruits primarily the skin.

These work as a Alkaline phosphatase which mimic Mitophagy.

hesperidin is found in Vitamin C. Which is actually Vitamin P in vitamin C.
