I see the negative changes in mental processing all the time now at the bridge table. People lose focus more easily and make strange decisions that they can’t explain later. An article was posted in the NIH’s National Library of Medicine: “Psychiatric adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines: A rapid review of published case reports.” Listed in that report are cases of altered mental states, psychosis, mania, depression, and functional neurological disorder after the individuals took the covid vaccine. They report that half the cases were young and middle-aged adults.
While all of the psychiatric cases reported in the article (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9006421/) were in the days following the intake of the vaccine, the fact that the vaccine crossed the blood-brain barrier at all suggests that impairment may be more common than reported when the symptoms are less noticeable. My suspicion is that the increase in traffic accidents is in part because of a decline in mental acuity from the clot shots.
