That is quinine(C20 H24 N2 O2) not Hydroxychloroquine(C18 H26 ClN3 O). Chloroquine (C18 H26 ClN3) but with a hydroxyl. −OH and composed of one oxygen atom bonded to one hydrogen atom.
quinine is the base for Chloroquine. Quinine and Chloroquine is inflammatory is not a good for the blood to clear out the cell area.
Hydroxychloroquine and Quercetin is not inflammatory.

Does anyone know a reliable source for genuine HCQ?
My doctor will prescribe HCQ if I need it; but, she’s under constant attack at the State Medical Board and has threatened to retire.

Easy, I would suggest trying to chill. MQD is not part of the enemy.
FWIW, I find myself distrusting everything these days.
For example, when an important NFL play is taking a long time to be reviewed, it crosses my mind that NFL-New York is holding an auction amongst gamblers for sale of their decision.
