Remember there is a tool bag near the SPACE STATION in orbit because an all woman crew let it float away. Not having something tethered while on a space walk is beyond incompetent.

They should dock their pay forever to go get the tools out of orbit as it is now space junk just waiting to destroy something valuable in the future.
