Ramaswamy, 38, was born in the U.S. to two noncitizens.
He’s an anchor baby, not eligible to be President, and therefore Vice President.
Either we have a Constitution, or we’re property of the U.N.

The SUPREME COURT CASE, United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), ruled that someone is an NBC if he/she was born on U.S. soil to parents who were here legally (not necessarily citizens).

“[T]he Fourteenth Amendment affirms the ancient and fundamental rule of citizenship by birth within the territory, in the allegiance and under the protection of the country, including all children here born of resident aliens . . . ”

The Natural-Born Citizen (NBC) issue is debatable but the Supreme Court has ruled that if some including Vivek was born on U.S. soil to parents who were here legally (not necessarily citizens), then he is an NBC.

Your “anchor baby” (AB) thing is irrelevant here. The AB thing was being used to try to make the parents citizens.
