Prepper ping - COP23 the agenda and steps taken to bring about the New World Order
The dominant characters of COP23 are King Charles (Monarch of England) and Pope Francis (Pope,Rome and the Vatican) which blends Secular Order with the Religious Order
to bring about compliance with the WEF (World Economic Forum) stated goals of sustainability and world-wide peace.

The plan lists the 70 mandates which both countries leadership have agreed to incorporate as an operating principles between these two countries
