Moscow steals and destroys grain. All for the sake of developing artificial famine in Africa. The Kremlin is trying to completely block Ukrainian grain supplies and at the same time sells food stolen from Ukraine in order to show itself as a savior.
After seeing this comment, I better understand the video showing two Russian grain ships colliding in the storm, and the reference to them as stealing grain.
