Mannheim Steamroller is good for Christmas, IMO.

RE: Mannheim Steamroller. I should clarify. The original Mannheim (with Jackson Berkey), not the current version which has none of the originals (to my knowledge).

I made a channel on Pandora of “Casting Crowns Christmas”. Everything they play is great.

A local radio station starts playing nonstop Christmas from November 4 until Christmas. This is ridiculous. Who really wants to hear that much Christmas music?

Every single version of The Little Drummer Boy makes Jesus cry. I am parum-pum-pummed out by Thanksgiving.

I love Christmas and Christmas music, but some of the contemporary stuff is just bad.
And when did “My Favorite Things” and “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” become Christmas songs?

Going to see them next Wednesday in concert. So excited!

I do. 2023 has been a very difficult year and hearing Christmas music...especially the classical music, carols, hymns, and ‘the classics’ really lifts my heart.

I always get Mannheim steam roller and trans Siberian Orchestra confused.

This is ridiculous. Who really wants to hear that much Christmas music? So change the channel.

Sometimes I listen to classic Christmas songs in July. Makes me smile.

“excellent original R&B Christmas songs”
There is no such thing. What a joke.

I still listen to the same Christmas album from the 1950’s that my parents played when I was a child, that is “A Jolly Christmas from Frank Sinatra” by Frank Sinatra, circa 1957. Whether you like Sinatra or not, its a fine album. Merry Christmas!
