My county. Homeschooled my kids. Woke County can’t hire bus drivers for middle and high school because the kids are violent. School board hired a bunch of DEI administrators and funded DEI training vs. metal detectors and school resource officers. Those are just band aids, IMHO. They just passed a bullying policy at the last school board meeting, what a lot of good that does. I’m sure the next school board meeting will be “spicy” to say the least. Lots of trans talk at the meetings but rarely academics, safety, etc.
It’s described as a “Magnet” school. Does this mean a rigorous STEM curriculum? Or has that been adulterated by a new focus on “leadership?”
