Jus like during the second Iraq War, when many of the "real" news articles were coming from the Iraqi Propaganda Ministry.

Everything coming out of the Youkrayne government during a war in which its military is getting clobbered, its infrastructure being wrecked and its populace fleeing in droves, is highly likely to be drenched in fantastical, jingoistic bullcrap and outright deception.
