If you are going to eat carbs, eat them in the morning. And have a plan to work it off, before noon.

I generally stick to a Keto diet, but every two weeks or so, I allow myself a big breakfast.

No can do. Carbs + sugar immediately makes me sluggish and sleepy, often for hours if not for the entire days. I cannot shake it off so I’m better off avoiding all of it.
