But why is a state issuing that going to have a financial advantage?
Governments will never figure out how to control a variety of digital currencies....

There’s no rationale. By now the whole world has at least a clue that we’re moving to a new financial system backed by gold. You have got to stop listening to MSM. Trump has said a million times we’re going gold backed.
Since a lot of wall street is moving to Florida...there might be a possibility.
