Settings Question-request Tech Assistance

Requesting some tech support on using the site. Text is not auto-wrapping for ease of reading and scrolling. Not having this problem on other sites. Any advice, tips, etc. on how to correct would be appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps is a problem with your software settings

Are you on a mobile device or tablet? The FR doesn’t have the capabilities to display correctly on these devices. All you can get is the standard PC web browser view.

Both my tablet and mobile are not auto-wrapping text. This was not a problem for years. Just started recently.

Which browser?

I thought that everything just auto-wrapped based on browser settings.

I would try clearing your cache/cookies and then reload it? Sometimes if work is done on a site this is required to reset and load new cookies.

Perhaps update your browser to the latest (or at least a later) version? Or switch to a different browser you may have installed and see if the problem persists?

It is pretty simple and basic. It should work on all browsers back including IE. But this is why one should shut off automatic browser updates if everything is working right. Automatic browser updates break stuff and change settings.

Well, help her out!

1. What devices, specifically? Ie, which tablet, which phone?
2. What operating system? Android? iOS?
3. What browser? (For each device)
4. What do you mean by “auto-wrap”? Can you post a screen shot of the problem?

With the above information, it might be possible to
a) identify someone familiar with the OS and devices you’re using and
b) give that person an opportunity to identify the problem and suggest a solution.

Gonna be hard to help working in the dark like this...
