I am dumbfounded how ANYONE could disrespect money so much as to make a purchase like that for booze...their are some really stupid humans running around.

Would this qualify as ‘top shelf’?

This is stupid. This scotch will likely never be opened.
Reminds me of morons who purchase million dollar supercars, yet never drive them. They just sit in a museum.
Cars are meant to be driven and enjoyed for the purpose they were built.
Same for million dollar bottles of scotch. Drink up.

131,000 for the first shot. The second one your nose can’t tell it from Cutty Sark. That first one better be a good one..

I bought a $200 bottle back in the 80’s. A buddy asked me if I was going to drink it. I said “Hell yeah, if I drive off a cliff I don’t want my last thought being my brother-in-law mixing it with Dr. Pepper.”
Guy I used to shoot clays with had a $50K Perazzi, shot it no matter the weather. He would say “They put firing pins in them for a reason.”
To: Libloather
How’s it mix with ginger ale?
To: Libloather
Those that work at the distillery drink this stuff every day.

I'm not a serious Scotch “whisky” fan, so what do I know? But I've always preferred Johnnie Walker Red to the Black Label.

Not that there’s anything wrong with Cutty Sark.
I used to find it quite good for production whisky.
Same with Jamesons Irish Whisky.

I’m the flip side of that: Black Label over Red Label. However, both are blended Scotch; and I prefer a single malt Scotch over a blended Scotch if given a choice.
