Kind of thought that was one of the foundational principles of the 2nd Amendment.
God forbid the people defend themsielves. They should rely on others to do the dirty work.
On a side note, 5 carloads of guys from Atlanta wouldn’t make it very far off I20 with minimal organization.
I wouldn't count on that....gangs are pretty well organized. Some members are former military. Never underestimate your enemy.
No it can happen and it does happen.
And those people may be needed if a community is attacked in numbers that the Sheriff and deputies can’t handle.
But it is the difference between a volunteer fire department and a dedicated, primary job fire department.
For a volunteer fire department at least some have to go from their day jobs to get the truck to go to the fire. And that is always going to slow things down.
