White men should not sign up for police departments. They should opt out just like they’re doing with the military. They have no upside.
And towns should draw down their police forces, and quietly hire private security firms, off the books if possible, where those white guys disposed towards police work should go for employment.

I don't.
But that is what is coming. The gated communities will have them. Also, the Muslim "no-go" zones will have them. The Mexican cartels will have them in selected parts of the city.
They will operate under very different rules of engagement than we are used to expecting.

And those people may be needed if a community is attacked in numbers that the Sheriff and deputies can’t handle.
But it is the difference between a volunteer fire department and a dedicated, primary job fire department.
For a volunteer fire department at least some have to go from their day jobs to get the truck to go to the fire. And that is always going to slow things down.
