That might be close. When I saw that article about CIA Burns going to Ukraine, it was an indicator that Ukraine was in trouble. Even additional arms and money wouldn't help when the average age now in their armed forces is 40ish--they don't have the manpower. Wunderwaffen won't help.

Its why reports of the Ukraine military is in conflict with Zelensky's appartchiks are probably true.
