Post 32 describes how he was in Tyler and then headed for Dallas.
The pictures in post #39 contradict that. He may have been in Tyler later that day, but he was in Dealy Plaza immediately after the assassination.

You have it reversed, read post 32, HW was giving a speech in Tyler and then went to Dallas when the news broke.
