I have a better question.
What car wash is even open at 3 am other than self wash ones.
Even for Self Wash car washes, if I got near one at 3am. and there were a small bunch of people just hangin around, no particular place to go, I would assume somebody was selling dope and/or sex, then keep driving. The wash can wait, at least till sunrise.
