I am so sick of this AMAZON addiction. And being Bezos’s enabler. Why does the possibility of almost immediate acquisition of things we decide we have to purchase, exert such seductive force upon us?
Well, when you compare it to driving around to multiple stores looking for the right item and best price, it is a no-brainer.
There are times when I shop and need something I’ll go to Home Depot ... no luck ... go to Lowes ... no luck ... go to Walmart ... limited selection ... go to Amazon home page ... low and behold ... there it is along with “friends”. I don’t care for Bezo’s politics but I give him credit for building a formidable online shopping site. To me he’s no worse than the the ‘Social Media” billionaires who only produce words, make $$$$, and then use that $$$$ to buy elections for the DemocRATS and help destroy this Republic.
