That's a LOT of supplements.

You can reduce it down a bit.

  1. Quercetin + Zinc is only really needed once you get COVID-19. The downside of taking it when symptoms arise is that you miss out the 5-day gestation period before symptoms begin to show.
  2. Vitamin C and D3 are good take normally, just for basic good health.
  3. NAC and L-Serine are necessary once you confirm that you have COVID-19. These are the anti-oxidant precursors that will keep your glutathione levels from being depleted. You don't need to take these daily if you don't currently have COVID-19. L-Serine might be something to help the "foggy" brain post-COVID.
  4. Magnesium is probably good to take with the C and D3. The way I figure it, Magnesium is good for the bones, and the bones are where blood is made. COVID-19 attacks the endothelial cells in the blood vessels where the oxygen in the blood cells are passed through into the body.

Sorry I took so long to respond, I've not felt good since I posted this thread last night.

So it looks like L-Serine, Magnesium, Vitamins C & D might be a good regiment. My daughter is bringing me an elderberry mix that she uses everyday. I'm interested in seeing how that goes.

Thanks for your help PJ.
