Someone I know just got over it, three years later, by doing physical therapy and losing some weight, just started about four months ago.

His taste is finally back, and his O2 is back to normal, 97%, the last time he told me.

Apparently, it was chronically around 89-90%.

He said the workouts were very difficult, at first.

I have tried working out. I lose strength too quickly, and when that happens I’m normally bedridden for 36-48 hours. It really sucks. Thankfully my O2 level is normally 93-98% so I’m good there.
