Let’s focus on the words “allowed to.” What would allow him to do these things? The Constitution.

If Trump prosecutes treason, murder, pedophilia, human trafficking, fraud, and a host of other crimes we see being committed around us on a daily basis... how is this not a good thing? How would this not be upholding the Constitution?

Yes. The Constitution. Constitutionally, though, he has to bring the charges to court. After conviction, THEN he can do the things Joe says he might do.
