I can tell you, if you are using a VPN you will have problems. It took me some time to figure it out. Perhaps they have straightened that out.

It depends on the IP address. Some VPN addresses are frequented by known spammers and get blocked by TS. I just switch IPs until I’m able to load the site. Sometimes it takes several attempts.
