I remember this day 60 years ago as an 8 year old growing up in Kansas City. My Mom came to pick me up at school as it was raining, and she was crying when I got into the station wagon. I asked her why, and she said that the President had been killed.
I also remember the news coverage, and the sorrow of people on the streets. Little did I or anyone else realize that a coup took place, that is still with us today.
I continue to look forward to all being revealed.
