Question: since the US is appropriately 300 trillion short in underfunded liabilities (SS, Medicare, Medicaid, pensions, etc.), what are the different ways we can reduce them?

I know for sure I don’t trust the government or any governmental agencies, even those pretending to be medical entities who are supposed to be trying to help us with our health.
