yeah my dad is taking that- they upped his dosages, but it’s not doing much- docs around us don’t like prescribing it but he got lucky- but im not sure they woudl issue prescription for xanax- but never know until they ask-
Xanax (alprazolam) I was told is for panic attack/acute anxiety so my doc prescribed for my occasional anxiety induced insomnia. I do not regularly take it. That said, it was prescribed as once a day as needed.
