Could this guy be legit, absolutely he could, I just caution that it’s common practice of the government to plant ideas and stories to make legitimate issues look like wacko nut job conspiracy theories so that any future evidence gets dismissed as a conspiracy theory.
Sure he could - but any woodchuck can do some jackassin’ and then never back up their claims - like this guy has done thus far.
