With a father and mother in the house too. Which makes it even more bizarre.
I have a friend who is an administrator / social-worker in a city school district. They have always told me, quite simply: if there are a biological father and mother in the house, the chance of really bad-outcomes (criminality, drug addiction, teen pregnancy/abortion, violence, gangs, drop-outs) become almost nil.
It is not nil..
It is much much lower, but it is never ever nil
