One more reason honest racial crime statistics are NEVER released.
Democrat hellhole cities lie about city crime rates so they can still attract businesses. Mayors put the squeeze on cops and city officials to keep numbers low. It’s why some California cites don’t call theft a felony until it’s over $900.

Hanford is on Interstate 5 in the middle of nowhere in the Central Valley. When I used to drive regularly back and forth from LA to the Bay Area it’s where I’d stop for gas, half way between the two.
It’s not “the big city.”
The Harris Ranch is there, a big beef operation, and there’s an associated restaurant as well as the usual collection of gas stations and fast food for travelers, so there are transients coming through but I doubt many leave the gas station/fast food area right next to the interstate.
