Everybody I know who has taken Paxlvid, got some decent symptom relief pretty quickly, only to find themselves just as sick a few days later, still testing positive for Covid.

It doesn’t work.

Isn't there a direct correlation between Paxlvid and long covid?

I tested positive for Covid 18 months ago. 71 and no vax leading up to that (or since), took Paxlovid and 2 days later was fine. No rebound, no sickness since.

Depends on what your standard for "work" is. If it has a positive effect on Pfizer's bottom line, then it works as intended.
