Individuals have the right to refuse health care. They don’t have the right to forbid me to access it.
And they do not have the right to kill their kids.
Well healthcare is a state’s issue and the people of the state are in charge of their state. I think generally most people of a given state would agree with you
But the feds most certainly have NO constitutional authority over healthcare. The feds couldn’t care less what you think.
And if you don’t like the state you’re in you can always move. We have no such choice with an unconstitutional totalitarian federal government.
