“I don’t believe them.”
My very first thought, too.
Helicopter lost off Cyprus.
Never fly in an aircraft where the wings are going faster than the fuselage.
I’ve been retired since 96. Thanks for the link to Starrs.us. I read some of the comments in the PDF document “What Military Service Members, Veterans and Parents Are Saying” I thought all this DIE and woke stuff was up at the O-6 level and above. It’s down to the company grade level and Senior NCOs level. Anybody with a brain left is leaving the military.
This deployment has the potential to turn into a repeat of Singapore 1942 for the GAE.
I worked with an AF Academy grad after he retired flying rotary wing aircraft. Saw him circa 2019 and he was heartbroken at what the AF Academy had become. He said they’ve lost their compass - he could not believe how things have changed in regards to weakened curriculum, the apparent laxity by Cadets of the honor code - and that was before the 2020 cheating incident.
“It focuses on preventing our adversaries’ access to information and actions that may compromise an operation.”
I guess you forgot who’s running the show. There is no such thing a “OPSEC” with this administration, just incompetence.
Will he be there to greet their caskets when they arrive home? He put them in harms way so easily.
Sounds like they need more DEI training (sad /s)
You are correct, and I am an old out of touch 85 year old former NavSecGrp sailor.

Agree. And my son flies an MH-60....just back from Bahrain.......so glad he’s back......
“”S-3 Viking?””
Black Hawk - US Special Forces - 160th Special Ops - Night Stalkers. I tried to write it all down as I was listening to FOX at 5...so may not have it totally accurate.
My understanding is was night practice refueling but I didn’t understand IN the sea - I thought it was over land..Pretty darned risky training at night..
It was called the “Hoover” because of the sound the engines made.
Thanks!
Thanks for the link to STARRS.US. I was not aware of that site, and also didn’t realize that some of my old classmates were part of it.
