1. "The 'customer is always right' excuse, and not allowing employees to adequately defend themselves. The customer is the CUSTOMER. The service you get is a privilege, not a right, and you better believe you can be denied service."
2. "The 'workhorse' mentality they want in employees. My job does not need to be my life when I’m getting paid a Medicare wage. My sanity is worth more to me than my work. Quit asking your employees to give all of their energy to their jobs."

That sympathy goes out the window when they continue to vote for Democrats.
Yes, I should have an editor.
Figures. I see a lot of box wine and cats in her future.
“$1,400 a month for food delivery instead of grocery shopping is our lazy slob way of life!”
The protests were wrong. It was a noble cause for human freedom. As Reagan said, “A small country (including ethnic Chinese, Catholic Vietnamese and others fleeing Communism), and newly free from colonial rule, sought United States help in establishing self-rule and the means of self-defense against a totalitarian neighbor (Tonkinese) bent on conquest.”
If it were not noble the boat people would never have existed.
Replaced by who? How about robots and AI for starters.
This has been my experience as well.
I will posit that a lot of the problems that these kids have were brought about by the likes of Democrats and RINOs that have been making the rules for us peasants to follow. How the hell do we have $33T debt with $1T in interest? There are a lot of idiots/ numbskulls/ (can’t say here what I really call them) that are in the hallowed halls of Congress, and have been for far too long, that have been making those debts our problem, and generations after us, their problem.
These kids love social media though, instead of abhorring it, and it will be the downfall of all of us.
I’m with you on this. My sister sends such long texts that I call them dissertations, and in a weird way, they are preferable to her verbal ones. She wonders why I don’t like to talk with her when she gets in one of her moods. It’s tiresome. Her 30 minute “don’t interrupt me” rants are over the top.
The idea of leaving an inheritance was eliminated BY the baby boomers. "There are none so incharitable as the recipients of charity" is a truism proved by the boomers who were, themselves, the recipients of the greatest inter-generational transfer of wealth in human history. Never before was so much unearned money and property inherited by a people so unworthy. Never before did one generation so impoverish and indebt another.
😄😆😂
Well done!
Read them all. Mostly a pant-load of weak drivel. A couple are tolerable at best. Other than that, whining.
Oh yeah. I’m not a Boomer and right in tue middle of Gen X. I guess my problem was that I was raised with morals and a work ethic.
I do too - I have some bright, hardworking Ys and a couple of Z’s on my team.
They care and they get it done. I don’t expect them to put in 60-70 hour weeks - or even 50. I don’t blame them for being resentful of any employer that does that, unless they signed on for and are getting paid for that.
But dang, for the most part, they sure are a humorless generation.
Brilliant post. That’s just how they think.
They are simply young and stupid and don’t know any better but in 10-15 years they will realize just how ignorant they were and how right most of that advice was.
But nearly all young people are like this, they think they know it all, only to get hit upside the head with reality soon enough and then realize they know almost nothing and should have listened to people older who did.
“eliminate that old fashioned Boomer notion of leaving an inheritance”
Really. I’m a Boomer and it’s just crazy how do many do without so they can leave a ton of money for their kids. What’s up with that? Let them earn it.
I pity the cats..
” boomers who were, themselves, the recipients of the greatest inter-generational transfer of wealth in human history.”
The new Marxism has transformed class warfare into generation warfare. The kulaks are now the boomers.
Good job, Comrade Lamp.
