“Take it as given that anyone who has managed to land a D-I head coach position has worked his ass off to get there - from high school. to lowly assistant positions, to a coordinator, then head coach at a minor FBS school or even D-III. And it has to be win, win, win through all that. Then finally hopefully you get the big job and the big bucks.”
